The Nine-Step Approach to Resource Efficiency

STEP 3: Setting up Teams

As with any endeavour to enact change in a business, community or event it is imperative that there is a recognised leader and the leader will need a team – even if that team is 2 people, it is better than a lone furrower!

In an organisation, a team should consist of a mixture of staff or people at different levels, especially those whose day-today work impact on resource efficiency. Having the right mix of team members who will work together is an important element in helping to push resource efficiency programmes forward.
